Very clean ride. Nice pick up!

Can you share how much did you pay for it because I am really interested in picking up a 2GS as well.

Thanks.

9200 is what i paid,       8900  and 299 in some  bs dealer fees.        I hate buying from used car lots but GS430's are hard to find..

well if your on a budget lol..                  the cars history is really what made me know i had to have it.

that's cool man  i bought that 98 GS300 i had for 5,000            it was in descent shape,  has some scratches on it here and there,     the interior was clean except the steering wheel and shifter where nasty and i replaced those..

but 5k for a 98 gs300 i thought was a pretty good deal,  had 159k on it but it ran great still, cold ac,  new brakes and tires..

as much as liked that GS  i decided i wanted a 01+  which is why i sold the 98.

Yeah, I want a 01+ GS300 as well, since I am not in any hurry right now so I am just casually looking and hopefully a perfect one will just pop up from somewhere...

lol yeah man when i seen the carfax i was sold like a mofo,      then i found a 6 page reciept from the lexus dealer in the glove box with services done all at one visit it was $2800   everything from replacing motor & trans mounts to paying $100 to have his cabin filter replaced lol..

I guess the previous owner wanted his GS like new all the time no matter what the cost,        after i google searched the previous owners name on the reciept turns out he is a orthopedic surgeon,  funny cause after my buddy seen the reciepts he was like man the previous owner must have been a doctor or something lol.

Or you can just sell it to someone who knows about the car and trust you well enough to buy it, umm... like me?

yeah i keep all the reciepts when i do stuff,  cause i'm like you i fix the car myself for the most part,  i can't afford the dealer, but it's nice to know the previous owner could :)

yup yup damn dealers so expensive but reason why i don't have the record is that i really do it way~~~ more cheaper the others due to working at a big body shop with big!!!! discount on parts and labor is on me... ^^

Sounds like the previous owner of my GS. I have 13 pages of service history!
