Hi my name is James and I'm a... wait wrong group non the less I'm re addicted to my GS thanks to a member here.

A long time ago she was boosted, dropped and tons of fun, then maturity set in and parts started breaking so away went a fun car and back came a respectable daily driver.  Then a member from lexusnet online stalked me thanks to a write up on how to make old 2GS tail lamps look cool.  Slowly I remember the fun of rocking the lex.  Now she is slowly being reincarnated.  Should be a lot of fun.

Before being stalked

Today

The car is wet causing funky reflections in the second pic.  This weekend I'm going to raise her a touch it's a huge PIA to get in my drive way right now.  This time around she's going to be piratical and still look good.

oo the list lol

- coils are on
- ordered rebuild kit for toasted lsd
- found a used L-Tuned exhaust cheap on Craigslist going to check that out after work
- 75 shot of go go gas goes back on this weekend
- custom shift knob being made, buddy is bored at work and is making it out of wood to match the interior trim.
- debating between the simple tte lip again, or a wald kit again (had both when she was low before lost the tte thanks to a gf driving the car and the wald due to a busted air line when it was on air)
- i have everything to boost still but management so i might play with that again.
- debating what wheels to move to as the little stockers aren't giving me a chubby even with the spacers to flush them out, maybe stock 17s will make me happy enough or the 18s of a LS sport since i've always liked those.  i'm not going to 20s again to much driving and not enough tire
- stereo is in the midst of being rebuilt, finished the 5th order box today just have to carpet it and pick up some new fuses for the "bump in the trunk" the head unit i'm debating a few touch screen units probably will make the call in the next week or two on one of those.

basically this time around i'm trying to make the car something the old guys in the office will still like

I'll talk to him about it, he's been working on it for a week now.  We test fitted it today, money to say the least.  Now he just has to get it perfect by his standards and stain it to match.  I'm not really sure why I'm feeling the need to rock the wood other than to be able to say I'm rocking wood...

Also thinking about trying to talk him into making a custom double din facing for the dash.  but I'm not sure if i really like that idea or not as there are some oem finish plates that are pretty cheap readily available

I ran aem fic last time and that was real easy to use.  If i build to boost again it'll be that or greddy eman ult thanks to the skew features both have. Probably FIC because I should have all my old tunes saved on the spare laptop to build on.

Max I ran last time was a little over a bar, not including spikes.

He called the knob is done and stained (he a back trim piece to match with) I'll pick it all up next week when I can make it out to see him.

Fun note rebuild kit for the rear end came in today, I should have time this weekend to rebuild it and maybe make it out to the shop to reinstall it.
