(UPDATE PG.4 as of 04/11/10)

Ok after getting sick of dealing with the stupid topics/newbs/asshats over on CL, I have decided to just stick with lexnet full time as my main posting spot..plus my car pops up on the banner up top every now and then and I love it ...

Anywho, some of you may know my SC has been going through some changes since selling my last setup to someone who had no clue how a car radiator works. Everything is installed, and just have a few things to fabricate and install before the initial drive/tune. Here is a quick run down of how things looked a few weeks back. I will have updated pictures later this evening of how the car sits now.

List of parts going on/installed:

Garrett GT4088
MAFT Pro (installed and running already)
3bar AEM MAP (installed and tested)
HKS 40mm WG with 9psi spring (knock off, but internals are HKS)
HKS SSQV V3 black (again, I love the sound:D)
Godspeed fmic w/ 3'' i/c pipes
AEM IAT Sensor (not installed yet)
440cc injectors (on fuel rail, waiting for pigtails to be wired to harness)
GTE FFIM (just waiting to be bolted on)
Lokar throttle cable (being modified tomorrow)

Pending parts:
R154(wont be till way later on)
Dual Denso pumps
Larger injectors
EBC
Cometic HG (might be done very soon)
4''-5'' exhaust (muffler already ordered, but not installed)
97+ side's and rear
pre 97 OEM front lip/possible Wise lip
GTE ECU (still debating)

But for now, I guess I will just post some pictures of how the car is sitting as of 30minutes ago, enjoy:thumbup:

FMIC mounted, working on the pipes to get them to fit..what a PITA!

still have alot of work to do here, and a bunch of cleaning after everything is finished.

Close, but it clears now with the 4-Runner cap

interior is NOT completed, so excuse the mess.

I love this thing..opens a whole new world compared to the SAFC

Saaaaaaaweeeeeeet! I really want to try the MAFT... I like seeing your car pop up too. I see it more than mine though.

Funny I see everyone elses more than mine..oh well, I just like seeing the cars up top regardless of whos it is.

As for the MAFT Pro, from the little I had the car running(starting and idle) it seems to work excellent. Its fairly simple to use, install is just as easy as an SAFC, but it can do so much more. Once the car is on the road I am going to give a full video review on it and how it works and ease of use with 2JZ base vehicles.

I look forward to it.

I will keep you and everyone else posted.

Thanks, and yeah I should have become exclusive to LN a while back when you sent me the invite, but it was one of those :facepalm2: moments..

And for the updates, I took these photos about 8 minutes ago. I still have some work to do, but for the most part its finished till the r154 swap and HG come into play.

Still need to fabricate an over flow tank, mount my catch can, and mess with the auto-trans cable, but it will work for now.

Have plans to switch to a Greddy style GTE intake manifold later with a 90+mm TB, but so far the stock GTE manifold seems to work well, just sits a bit high.

I have plans to either dye the carpet or just order new black carpet, but Im happy with the interior for the time being.

Considering chopping out the center trim pieces to allow more air to the fmic, and debating on which front lip to go with..OEM or the Wise with 97 sides and rear...but not worried about that till after the 5-speed conversion and more boost.

Thats it for now. Once I stat fabrication on the battery box, and over flow tank I will have some more pictures..just need to start making templates and cutting this diamond plate I have...also once the overflow tanks is finished(I plan to make it fit in the stock location but clear the FMIC) if anyone is interested in one, I MIGHT beable to make a few more.

All that matters is that you are here now, with the real SC tuners. I say, as i always do, Performance first looks later (if money allows lol)

Basic setup as before with addition of SAFC, and a full dyno tune. With a bad torque converter the car was producing 282.5 to the rear wheels. The car hasnt gone back to the dyno since the shiny new tranny and new TC. Besides if I cant afford the 2J really soon its getting a supercharger since that is what the SAFC was put on there for....

The car got a TRD Lsd no more than two months ago, and a tranny solonoid shim kit along with the first new tranny that i popped. The horsepower output of the motor really hasnt gone up much, but power to the wheels and shift/launch ability is much better not that the lextreme TC helped any other than not being broken lol.

I could take you old man :P
