1. While LexusNet is very Lexus oriented, any other brand owner can become an official member.
2. LexusNet Administrators and Moderators reserve the right to edit any and all content of the forums.
3. Heated debates and some swearing ARE ALLOWED on LexusNet, forum Administrators and Moderators would not intervene until personal attack is occured. However, racist comments are strictly prohibited on the LexusNet forums, offenders will be immediately put on a 3-day ban for the first offense and will be ban indefinitely for the second offense.
4. Personal attacks directed towards other members and other websites are strictly prohibited on the LexusNet forums.
5. The views, and opinions, expressed on LexusNet are not necessarily those of LexusNet or its administrators. LexusNet and its administrators are not held responsible for views or opinions posted in the forums.
6. One screen name per member is allowed.
7. Types of posts on LexusNet that are prohibited include:
A. Links to copy written Corporate Toyota/Lexus material (factory service manuals).
B. Links to or requests for software serial numbers, warez, mp3s, illegal software, etc.
C. Link that says one thing and takes you to another site.
D. Weapon sales of any kind8. When linking pictures from another website, please provide a thorough reference including the web address.
9. Any profanity or pornography (or internet links to them) are strictly prohibited on the unrestricted sections in LexusNet forums.
10. To create a lot of small, worthless posts in order to increase post count is strictly prohibited.
11. All Off-Topic posts must be posted in the General Discussion and Debate forum. Please try and keep off-topic posts to a minimum.
12. Trolls are not welcome on LexusNet.
13. No ethnic, religious belief or sexual preference "bashing" will be tolerated.
14. Street racing posts of ANY kind, illegal or otherwise, must be posted in the Kills forum or they will be deleted without question. LexusNet does not support illegal street racing in any way, shape or form.
15. Posts that contain items for sale or items wanted to buy must be posted in their appropriate section of the Classifieds forum.
16. User names, signatures or locations that contain URL’s to websites with parts, service or items for sale are not allowed UNLESS the user is a REGISTERED Vendor with LexusNet.
17. Vendors who wish to promote products or service to the members must be registered with a Vendor status. Information on becoming a vendor can obtained by writing to
admin@lexusnet.com. Please use "LexusNet Vendor Request" in the subject of the e-mail.
18. LexusNet's services may include communications such as service announcements and administrative messages from us or from our partners and that these communications are considered part of our services. You also understand that our services may include advertisements.
19. No spam is allowed what-so-ever, account and post will be deleted upon the first offense without warning.
